Morningstar controllers have a MIDI message type called PC Number Scroll. This allows you to send Program Change messages in increments (+1) or decrements (-1) to scroll through presets on any MIDI-capable pedal. This is especially useful if your pedal does not have CC numbers assigned for it to scroll through its presets.
You can also see which preset you are at via the PC number on your Morningstar controller's screen that gets updated each time you press the switch, which is great for pedals that have no display to show you which preset is currently activated.
