MC8 PRO: Post-Launch Updates and Customer Feedback

MC8 PRO's launch on 21 May 2025 was one of our most successful to date — topped only by MC6 PRO's 2023 release, and only by the tiniest of margins. A huge thanks to all our customers and the musician community that make what we do possible. We appreciate you. How The Launch Went

With the MC8 PRO, we went ahead with a significantly larger initial batch of units at launch compared to past releases. With nearly 10 years of experience in product design and manufacturing, we were confident to do so. This allowed more customers to get their hands on the new MIDI controller pedal before it got sold out. The first batch still sold out, but at least it lasted longer this time. This gave interested musicians the chance to do some prior research instead of rushing to purchase in frenzied haste. Overall, we are satisfied with how we managed the MC8 PRO launch supply chain this time. This resulted in far fewer disgruntled customers.

New Features
