Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Morningstar product, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used or worn products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. Accessories that have been opened will be eligible only for a 50% refund. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

“Blemished” or "Scratch and dent" sale items are sold as-is and not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All products ship from Singapore and customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges for returning any and all item(s). The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received at our facility, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

How to Return Your Items

If eligible for a return, please contact us via email to get Return Material Authorization (RMA). Upon receiving an RMA number, you must provide proof of postage within 7 calendar days or the RMA shall be deemed invalid.

Shipping

Orders placed will ship out by the next business day unless otherwise stated. As a guide, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days subject to courier and travel circumstances.

We do not ship directly to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Germany. Customers from these countries should approach your preferred dealer to purchase our products.

Privacy

Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with and paying all import taxes and duties that may be levied on your shipment by your county's customs.

All orders placed through this website ship from Singapore. Prices and shipping fees shown do not reflect or include any potential import duties or taxes dependent on your country's import regulations.

Morningstar FX Pte. Ltd. (“Morningstar Engineering”) does not sell customer information such as email addresses or telephone numbers to third parties.

We maintain customer phone numbers in our own records only so that we can contact you. We do no “direct telemarketing” by telephone, and we will not offer your name and phone number to any company that does. Like other companies in our industry, we periodically send out news and offers via email to customers who have purchased our products and/or signed up to receive promotions.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will only use your email address to send you information about Morningstar Engineering and related information. If you ever want to stop receiving communications from us, please click the “unsubscribe” link in our email, and we will remove you from our newsletter subscriber list.
