Just got an mc8 to pair with the hx stomp. I’m a little new to the whole midi world. I’m wondering if it’s possible to scroll through a delay block’s time parameter using one foot switch on the mc8. For example, can I program one switch to scroll from a 1/4 delay to an 1/8 delay to a dotted 1/8 and then back to the 1/4 delay time by just pressing a switch each time to scroll through? Hope that makes sense. Is it then also possible to use that same switch to turn the block on or off by using a double tap or long press?

Thanks. I ended up simplifying it like you said and used 2 presets.
A couple of ways I can think of to achieve this:
Have a long press be your on/off function (one command each per toggle position) then use release, double tap release and long double tap release for your three time division settings (either have these 3 commands set to both toggle positions or just to the same one on which your “off“ command is programmed).
Have a button press toggle yiur on/off but also have it activate an expression message and, if your three desired time settings are next each other in terms of cc values, limit the expression message to that range of values and use the expression pedal to switch between the settings.
What is possible in this instance is determined by the Stomp. You can set the time parameter to be controlled by a CC and set a time range with an upper and lower limit for the parameter, e.g. 1/4 to 1/8 where 1/4 Trip and 1/8 Dot lie between. If you use CC 4 for example with toggle values of 0 and 127 the time parameter will toggle between the lower and upper values of the range which in this case would be 1/4 and 1/8. In other words you can’t get the Morningstar to do what you want but not because of any limitations on its part but because of the way the Stomp works.
The easiest way to do what you want is to use Stomp Snapshots as the controller. For example Snap1=1/4, Snap2=1/8 and Snap3=1/8 Dot. You can then use the MC8 to activate the Snapshot you want.
