If you are not satisfied with your Morningstar product, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used or worn products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. Accessories that have been opened will be eligible only for a 50% refund. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.
“Blemished” or "Scratch and dent" sale items are sold as-is and not eligible for refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All products ship from Singapore and customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges for returning any and all item(s). The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.
Once the returned product is received at our facility, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
How to Return Your Items
If eligible for a return, please contact us via email to get Return Material Authorization (RMA). Upon receiving an RMA number, you must provide proof of postage within 7 calendar days or the RMA shall be deemed invalid.
